DarioHealth Adds Former Humana Compliance Chief to Advisory Board
DarioHealth has appointed Sean O’Reilly, the former chief compliance officer at Humana, to its advisory board. The move comes as the digital health firm seeks to bolster its regulatory oversight and risk management capabilities while accelerating its push into the payer, provider, and employer markets.
O’Reilly brings a background spanning over 13 years at Humana, where he oversaw enterprise compliance for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and value-based primary care operations. His expertise in navigating complex regulatory environments is expected to guide DarioHealth as the company scales its AI-driven behavioral health and chronic condition management platforms.
CEO Erez Raphael noted that O’Reilly’s experience with M&A and clinical operations will be instrumental as the firm moves closer to care through its channel partner strategy. For his part, O’Reilly emphasized that the company’s focus on measurable outcomes and digital engagement aligns with the shifting demands of health plans and providers seeking scalable, compliant solutions.
