Maureen Ladouceur Tapped as EnableComp Chief Commercial Officer
With hospitals battling increasing financial strain, EnableComp has appointed Maureen Ladouceur as Chief Commercial Officer to spearhead its commercial expansion. Ladouceur, a former registered nurse turned healthcare technology executive, joins the firm to scale its complex revenue cycle management operations and strengthen partnerships with health systems nationwide.

Ladouceur joins the Franklin-based company following a tenure as an Operating Partner at the private equity firm Welsh, Carson, Anderson & Stowe. Her background includes a significant leadership role as President at Norstella, where she oversaw the commercial organization's development through multiple global acquisitions. CEO Frank Forte highlighted her clinical roots as a critical asset, noting that her experience on the hospital floor provides a unique empathy that differentiates her approach to client relationships.
EnableComp currently supports over 1,000 hospitals, utilizing its e360 RCM platform to recover approximately $3 billion in revenue annually from complex claims and denials. By integrating her data-driven strategy with the company's existing AI-powered intelligence, Ladouceur is expected to accelerate the firm’s growth trajectory. Her appointment signals a strategic move to solidify EnableComp’s market position as providers face mounting pressure to optimize their revenue cycles.
