The Dallas-based IT solutions provider GDT has earned the 28th position on the 2026 Fortune Best Workplaces in Texas list. The recognition follows a rigorous evaluation process conducted by Great Place To Work, which analyzed survey responses from organizations across the state. To qualify, companies must maintain official certification, employ at least 10 people in the U.S., and anchor their headquarters in Texas. The methodology prioritizes the consistency of employee experiences across various roles, focusing on metrics such as trust in leadership, fairness, and professional growth opportunities.

Dave Arcemont, chief people officer at GDT, credited the staff for the achievement. He noted that the company’s internal environment is built daily by employees who prioritize mutual support and collective problem-solving. Beyond this regional accolade, the organization maintains high internal approval ratings, with 93% of its U.S.-based staff and 90% of its global workforce identifying GDT as a premier place to work. This sentiment reflects the company's long-standing strategy of integrating a people-first approach with the delivery of enterprise-grade IT infrastructure.
