MAX Surgical Specialty Management Expands Pennsylvania Footprint

The expansion integrates two established groups into the surgeon-led platform: Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons P.C. and Oral Associates of the Main Line. The former adds clinics in Doylestown, Quakertown, Warminster, and Chalfont, while the latter reinforces the company’s presence in Exton and Paoli.

New network participants include Drs. Louis A. Huy, Allison L. Rodriguez, and Colleen Mulholland, alongside veteran practitioners Joseph A. Leonetti and Jonathan L. Voiner. Jason M. Auerbach, founder and co-CEO of MAX, stated that the partnership provides these clinicians with operational support designed to maintain their focus on patient outcomes and clinical craft. Since entering the Pennsylvania market in 2024, the Hackensack-based organization has prioritized building a concentrated network to leverage regional insights and contracting advantages. Co-CEO Mark Censoprano emphasized that the strategy relies on maintaining a local, on-the-ground support team rather than remote management.
