Electrolux Group Issues Prospectus Supplement After Tariff Refund Claims
Electrolux Group released a supplement to its May 28 rights issue prospectus on June 30, 2026, following the company's disclosure of claims for approximately USD 88 million in International Emergency Economic Powers Act tariff refunds filed just one day prior.

The Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority approved and registered the document, which must be reviewed alongside the original prospectus. Because the subscription period for the rights issue closed on June 16, 2026, investors who have already participated are not eligible to withdraw their subscriptions based on the newly published information.
Financial oversight for the offering remains with Morgan Stanley and SEB, serving as Joint Global Coordinators, while Deutsche Bank acts as Co-Bookrunner. Legal counsel for the transaction involves Mannheimer Swartling Advokatbyrå AB, Davis Polk & Wardwell London LLP, White & Case Advokat AB, and White & Case LLP, covering requirements under both Swedish and U.S. law. Interested parties can access the full documentation via the Electrolux Group and SFSA websites.
