Yunshan CorePark Set to Transform Guangzhou’s Baiyun Commercial Hub
With a 3 billion RMB investment, KINGBUY Commercial is launching Yunshan CorePark, a 465,000-square-meter complex in Baiyun New Town. Designed as a bridge between Lingnan traditions and global commerce, the project aims to anchor Guangzhou’s status as an international consumption center by housing over 600 premium brands.

The project utilizes a hybrid "block plus mall" architecture inspired by local garden aesthetics, featuring interconnected rooftops and ecological courtyards. Beyond retail, the site integrates sports facilities, including a jogging park and pet-friendly zones, alongside Grade-A office towers and a five-star hotel. This 24-hour destination seeks to capture the high-end traffic generated by the nearby Baiyun International Airport and the recently operational Guangzhou Baiyun Railway Station.
Strategically, the development addresses a long-standing void in the district: a lack of large-scale lifestyle infrastructure capable of serving the area's growing population of expatriates and international business travelers. By hosting recurring cultural events, such as intangible heritage bazaars and global art showcases, the developers intend to foster a community-centric environment that balances high-volume commerce with regional cultural preservation. KINGBUY Commercial, which has operated nine mixed-use projects in Guangzhou and Foshan since 2004, views this as its flagship attempt to elevate the commercial standing of the Baiyun District.
