Workbox and Serendipity Labs Launch Nationwide Coworking Alliance
Starting July 1, 2026, members of Workbox and Serendipity Labs gain reciprocal access to a combined network of 32 locations across 23 U.S. markets. The partnership allows professionals to utilize desks and shared workspaces during standard business hours, effectively merging two distinct portfolios into a single flexible office footprint.
The agreement grants members complimentary access to partner sites from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. on weekdays. By integrating their operations, the two companies aim to cater to the rising demand for hybrid work mobility, connecting a combined base of over 13,000 professionals. Both operators emphasize that the collaboration maintains consistent hospitality and technology standards across the expanded network, ensuring a uniform experience for travelers and distributed teams.
John Wallace, CEO of Chicago-based Workbox, noted that the move provides members with geographical freedom without sacrificing service quality. Simon Moore, COO of the Stamford-based Serendipity Labs, described the alliance as a strategic effort to provide dynamic environments for an increasingly mobile workforce. Users will manage bookings through their existing company platforms, simplifying the transition between the two brands' facilities as they navigate professional commitments across different regions.
