The new branch is helmed by banking veteran Mark Pearce, who brings three decades of industry experience to the role. He is supported by a specialized team of relationship managers Katie Crocker and Sarah Kramer, alongside credit analysts Lauren Pickard and Kristin Kemp. The group aims to leverage localized decision-making to better serve regional business owners and growers.

Rob Hallum, the bank's Ag Division Manager, noted that the physical presence allows the firm to provide more direct support to its existing client base in the area. Founded in 1998, Mission Bank now manages $2 billion in assets. CEO AJ Antongiovanni emphasized that the institution’s growth strategy remains rooted in a high-touch service model, where business owners interact with a single point of contact rather than navigating centralized bureaucracies.
