Weber slashes grill and griddle prices ahead of July 4th
With the July 4th holiday approaching, Weber has introduced significant price cuts across its lineup of grills and griddles. These discounts, which range from $50 to $100 off, apply to a variety of models including the Spirit E-325, the Slate 30-inch griddle, and the high-end Searwood XL 600 pellet grill.
For backyard hosts, the Spirit E-325 is currently priced at $499 for the propane model and $549 for natural gas, reflecting a $50 savings. This three-burner unit offers 360 square inches of cooking space plus a warming rack, making it a reliable step up from the base E-310. Those prioritizing flat-top cooking can secure the 30-inch Slate rust-resistant griddle for $649. Designed to reach 500 degrees, it accommodates up to 22 burgers simultaneously and undercuts current pricing at major retailers like Home Depot by $50.
Portable options have also seen price adjustments, with the 17-inch tabletop griddle dropping to $249. This compact, carbon-steel unit features adjustable feet for uneven surfaces, making it a viable choice for camping trips. For those seeking premium versatility, the Searwood XL 600 pellet grill is marked down by $100 to $1,199. It supports a wide temperature range, from 180 degrees for low-and-slow smoking to a high-heat 600-degree sear. While a smaller Searwood 600 is also available, the XL model provides nearly 1,000 square inches of cooking surface, offering a substantial capacity increase for a $200 premium.
