Generac Promotes Niccolò Borracchini to Lead International Operations
Niccolò Borracchini has been appointed Executive Vice President – International at Generac Holdings Inc., effective immediately. He succeeds longtime leader Paolo Campinoti, who is stepping down from his executive role after three decades of service but will remain with the company in a strategic advisory capacity.
Borracchini will report directly to CEO Aaron Jagdfeld as a member of the Executive Leadership Team. His new mandate involves overseeing both Generac and Pramac-branded business activities across markets outside the United States and Canada. He brings nearly a decade of experience within the organization, having joined Pramac in 2015 and serving as Senior Vice President – International since 2024.
His predecessor, Paolo Campinoti, joined Pramac in 1993 and was instrumental in the company’s evolution from a local Italian firm into a global power generation brand. Following Generac’s acquisition of Pramac in 2016, Campinoti served as Executive Vice President – International and CEO of the Pramac Group. Moving forward, Campinoti will transition to the role of President of International Development to provide counsel on the company’s commercial and industrial growth strategies.
