Nothing Launches Budget Phone 4B, Skipping North America
The North American market remains off-limits for Nothing’s latest budget handset, the Phone 4B. Replacing the previous 3A Lite branding, this new device positions itself at the base of the company’s lineup, prioritizing regional availability in the UK, Europe, and India over a global rollout.

The Phone 4B adopts a design language pulled from the 4A series, featuring a plastic unibody and a refined Glyph Bar notification system. Available in black, white, and blue, the device carries an IP64 rating for environmental protection. Under the hood, it runs on a Qualcomm Snapdragon 6 Gen 4 processor, supported by 8GB of RAM and internal storage options of 128GB or 256GB. The 6.77-inch 120Hz OLED display anchors a hardware package that includes a 50-megapixel main sensor with OIS.
Power efficiency is a primary focus, with the handset housing a 5,200mAh battery—a capacity that climbs to 6,000mAh for the Indian market. Shipping with Android 16, Nothing guarantees three years of operating system updates alongside six years of security patches. The phone hits shelves on July 17th, priced at £299 or €329, marking a notable price hike compared to its predecessor. This release arrives as the company pauses new hardware for its CMF sub-brand, citing rising RAM costs, even as it confirms a US launch for the accompanying $99 Ear 3A earbuds.
