Yael Ben Arie joins the company to oversee product strategy, bringing over two decades of experience in R&D and business leadership. Her background includes a tenure as General Manager of Data Fabric at Cloudera and a leadership role at SafeBreach, where she helped pioneer the breach and attack simulation market. At Pentera, she aims to transition security teams from periodic testing to continuous, evidence-based threat validation.

Erez Yalon joins the firm with 15 years of industry experience, including a decade at Checkmarx where he founded the company's global research division. A co-author of the OWASP API Security Top 10 and founder of the AppSec Village at DEF CON, Yalon will act as a primary evangelist for Pentera’s security research. CEO Amitai Ratzon noted that these additions are designed to capitalize on the growing market demand for AI-powered security, reinforcing the company's platform as it shifts toward agentic security validation.
