MedReview Names Zachary Molloie Chief Legal and Compliance Officer
MedReview has tapped Zachary Molloie to lead its legal and compliance departments, tasking the veteran strategist with navigating the firm's expanding portfolio of AI-driven healthcare payment solutions. Molloie arrives as the company seeks to scale its oversight of complex regulatory frameworks, including critical Medicare and Medicaid mandates.
Molloie joins the New York-based firm following a tenure as General Counsel and Chief People Officer at Peachy, where he established the aesthetics company's foundational legal and human resources infrastructure. His background involves managing rapid organizational growth and securing patents for emerging technologies—a skill set MedReview CEO Spencer Young expects will bolster the company's innovation pipeline.
In his new capacity, Molloie assumes responsibility for the full spectrum of the firm's legal activities, ranging from contract management to litigation. Beyond traditional legal counsel, he will serve as the company's HIPAA Privacy Officer and chair its Compliance Committee. This appointment underscores MedReview's strategy to integrate clinical expertise with proprietary auditing tools, an approach that has historically generated over $3 billion in savings for its healthcare clients.
