The conference begins with a dedicated fundamentals day on September 14, designed for professionals seeking a refresher on core compliance principles. The main program follows, featuring direct engagement with enforcement experts from the IRS Criminal Investigation division, the IRS Small Business/Self-Employed Division, and the Department of Homeland Security. State-level oversight bodies, including the Nevada Gaming Control Board and the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement, will also participate in the policy discussions.

Programming will center on high-stakes regulatory challenges, ranging from OFAC sanctions and tribal AML enforcement to the impact of prediction markets on compliance programs. Organizers are placing a specific focus on emerging technological threats, with sessions slated to cover artificial intelligence and recent investigative trends from FinCEN. Co-Founder Jim Dowling noted that the curriculum is built to address immediate industry pressures, including new FinCEN proposals and national money laundering risk assessments. Following last year’s attendance of over 560 professionals from across the globe, the event remains a primary venue for technical training and high-level networking in the gaming sector.
