NeuPT Technologies and VINSI.AI Introduce ReadyOS Healthcare Platform

Tampa-based NeuPT Technologies and VINSI.AI have partnered to launch ReadyOS, a platform designed to replace subjective patient feedback with objective physiological analysis. By measuring heart rate variability and autonomic nervous system data, the system provides clinicians with a clear recommendation to train, adjust, or protect before every treatment session.

For decades, clinical decision-making relied heavily on patient self-reporting, a method often prone to inconsistency. ReadyOS aims to shift this paradigm by delivering an automated readiness assessment in under 90 seconds. The platform functions by translating complex biometric inputs into actionable clinical signals, establishing what the companies define as Readiness-Based Care.

NeuPT Technologies contributed the clinical research and validation, while VINSI.AI provided the AI engine, cloud infrastructure, and HIPAA-compliant architecture. According to Jason Waz, CEO of NeuPT Technologies, the goal is to provide clinicians with an objective standard that removes the guesswork from patient recovery. The system is now available via native iOS and Android applications, supported by a clinician-facing web portal and automated audit-trail generation. While initially focused on physical therapy, the scalable design of the Azure-based infrastructure allows for future expansion into performance optimization, preventative health, and population-wide monitoring.
