Jay Green Named Chief Financial Officer at Trucordia
Jay Green, formerly of Accelerant Holdings, has stepped into the role of Chief Financial Officer at Lindon-based insurance brokerage Trucordia. His appointment signals a push to bolster the firm’s financial strategy and capital allocation as it maintains its position among the top 20 insurance brokers in the United States.
Green arrives at Trucordia with a background spanning both specialty insurance and global capital markets. Before his tenure as Group CFO at Accelerant Holdings, he served as a Managing Director at Goldman Sachs, where he led the insurance structured finance team within the investment banking division. This experience positions him to oversee the brokerage's financial planning, accounting, and treasury functions.
CEO Felix Morgan highlighted Green’s track record in navigating complex organizational structures as a primary asset for the executive team. The company, which currently employs over 5,000 people, recently secured the 18th spot on Business Insurance's 2025 rankings. Green, a University of Wisconsin–Madison alumnus, will now focus on scaling the firm's growth and operational performance to support its expanding portfolio of commercial and personal insurance lines.
