NASA and Saatva HR Leaders to Headline McLean & Company Signature 2026

When the aerospace sector meets the direct-to-consumer retail world, the goal is a unified approach to workforce resilience. McLean & Company has tapped former NASA HR veteran Brady Pyle and Saatva’s Maureen Burke to anchor the 2026 Signature conference, slated for October 4–6 at Virgin Hotels Las Vegas.

Pyle, currently the Chief Human Resources and Inclusion Officer at Space Center Houston, brings three decades of experience managing high-stakes environments. His keynote, "Building Culture the NASA Way," aims to distill lessons from his tenure coaching astronauts and engineers into actionable principles for trust, accountability, and innovation. He holds a two-time distinction as a recipient of the NASA Outstanding Leadership Medal.

Contrasting the public sector approach, Saatva’s Maureen Burke offers a blueprint for rapid organizational scaling. Since 2021, she has overseen the company’s expansion from 180 to over 800 employees. Her session, "From Brand Promise to Employee Experience: Making 'Total Life Success' Real," focuses on the practical mechanics of aligning internal culture with external brand identity.

McLean & Company President Jennifer Rozon noted that the event’s theme, "Human-Centric, Future-Ready," addresses the pressure HR executives face to maintain organizational stability amidst technological shifts. The conference expects to draw over 700 attendees, offering a mix of peer-to-peer exchanges and research-backed strategy sessions designed to move beyond theory into operational application.
