MSP360 Launches Public API to Streamline RMM Data Integration
Managed service providers can now pull endpoint data directly into their existing dashboards and PSA platforms. The move by Pittsburgh-based MSP360 ends the era of manual data exports, allowing technical teams to feed RMM metrics into tools like Grafana, Power BI, and custom inventory databases without friction.
Mid-sized and larger firms often struggle with fragmented visibility, trapped between internal consoles and external business intelligence software. Previously, staff faced a binary choice: toggle between separate windows or dedicate hours to manual data re-importing. Both paths consumed overhead without improving service delivery.
This new read-only interface bridges that gap by allowing connected platforms to query RMM data on demand. According to Anton Zorin, VP of Product and Partnerships at MSP360, the integration was driven by specific customer demand for unified reporting. The API is available immediately for all current users, providing a direct pipeline to the external systems that drive daily operations.
