MTH Industries Expands Leadership with Two Key Appointments
Chicago-based construction firm MTH Industries has bolstered its executive team, naming Dann Jochum as Director of Steel Operations and Trang Huynh as Chief Financial Officer. These appointments arrive as the 140-year-old company moves to scale its operations and refine its financial strategy amid a period of growth.

Dann Jochum joins the firm with two decades of experience in construction and steel fabrication. Most recently serving as a project and quality manager at Specialty Construction LLC, Jochum specialized in the execution of structural steel, ornamental metals, and glass railing projects. CEO Ed Carey noted that Jochum’s background, spanning from the shop floor to field operations, will be instrumental in sharpening the company's service delivery and strengthening client relationships.
Trang Huynh takes on the role of Chief Financial Officer, bringing over 18 years of financial leadership to the organization. Previously the Financial Controller at Transport Holdings, where she managed accounting for a firm with over $40 million in revenue, Huynh is tasked with enhancing the company's process automation and internal controls. A graduate of the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, she will oversee the firm's financial strategy to support MTH’s ongoing expansion within the construction and building services market.
