Royal Canin Appoints Jennifer Cullen to Lead U.S. Veterinary Division

Jennifer Cullen has been tapped to oversee Royal Canin's U.S. Veterinary Business Unit, stepping into the role as General Manager effective June 2026. Based in Creve Coeur, Missouri, the veteran executive joins the Mars-owned pet health firm to sharpen its focus on therapeutic nutrition and veterinary partnerships.

Cullen arrives at Royal Canin from Kenvue, where she held the position of Head of Commercial Operations for North America. Her career tenure includes significant leadership roles at Johnson & Johnson, where she managed the Self Care division. At Royal Canin, she will join the North American Leadership Team and serve as the executive sponsor for the company’s Pride Associate Resource Group.

Daryn Brown, Regional President of Royal Canin North America, highlighted Cullen's background in brand elevation as a key asset for the firm’s veterinary strategy. The company intends to leverage her experience to expand access to therapeutic nutrition and foster deeper collaboration with clinics. Cullen, who holds a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia, noted that her focus will remain on aligning business growth with the company’s objective of providing precise nutrition for pets with unique health requirements.
