To qualify for the list, firms required at least US$100 million in annual revenue during 2024 or 2025, alongside consistent three-year growth. The evaluation process prioritized employee satisfaction and corporate sustainability, placing Aurora among a select group of Canadian businesses recognized for operational performance.

Miguel Martin, CEO and Executive Chairman, credited the milestone to the company’s workforce. He noted that the recognition serves as a marker of the firm's credibility and its ongoing efforts to standardize medical cannabis operations globally. Beyond financial metrics, the company emphasizes a people-first culture, utilizing leadership development programs and wellness initiatives to foster growth across its facilities in Canada, Europe, Australia, and New Zealand.
