Barndoor Adds SCIM Support for Automated Okta Provisioning

Barndoor, a governance platform for AI agents, has integrated SCIM support to automate user and group lifecycle management through Okta. By synchronizing identity data directly, IT departments can now trigger instant access provisioning and immediate account revocation, effectively removing manual administrative steps from the offboarding process.

The integration allows Okta to act as the single source of truth for Barndoor access. Previously, customers relied on SSO for authentication, but the addition of SCIM enables real-time synchronization of user status. When an employee leaves a group or is removed from the corporate directory, their access to Barndoor’s AI agent governance tools is severed automatically.

This update builds upon Barndoor’s existing compatibility with identity providers like Microsoft Entra ID, Google Workspace, and Ping Identity. Administrators can deploy the tool through the Okta Integration Network by selecting the application within the console and enabling the provisioning feature. The platform focuses on securing AI deployments by monitoring model calls, managing LLM expenditures, and blocking sensitive data leaks before they interact with internal tools.
