Thomas Lemon Joins PKF O'Connor Davies Commercial Tax Practice

Lemon arrives at the firm following a career that includes leadership roles at both private equity firms and top-tier national accounting practices. His professional background centers on navigating high-stakes tax scenarios, including mergers and acquisitions, ASC 740 and ASC 805 purchase accounting, and Subchapter K partnership taxation. Beyond traditional consulting, he has provided technical guidance on specialized matters such as receiverships, divorce-related tax issues, and representation and warranty insurance claims.
