Crunch Fitness Expands to Maitland with $5 Million Facility
Prospective members have a single window on July 11 to secure founding rates at the new 43,000-square-foot Crunch Maitland club. The Orlando-area facility represents a $5 million investment, offering memberships starting at $9.99 per month with waived enrollment fees for those who sign up during the one-day Cyber Sale.
The new location at 701 Maitland Boulevard introduces the brand’s 3.0 club design to Florida. Beyond standard strength and cardio equipment, the gym features specialized zones for HIIT, boxing, cycling, and hot yoga. A dedicated recovery area includes amenities such as saunas, tanning, contrast therapy, and HydroMassage to support member wellness.
To mark the launch, the company is hosting an in-person party from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on July 11, allowing residents to tour the space and meet the staff. The first 500 sign-ups will receive exclusive merchandise and training discounts. According to Tony Scrimale, CEO of CR Fitness Holdings, the project is part of a broader expansion strategy that expects to generate over 70 local jobs ranging from personal training to club management. The franchise currently operates 62 gyms across the state and intends to reach nearly 65 by the end of 2026.
