Crunch Fitness Bets $12 Million on New McKinney Location
A 40,000-square-foot fitness center is set to debut in McKinney, Texas, backed by a $12 million investment from Southwest Fitness Holdings. Before the doors open, the franchise is hosting a one-day Cyber Sale on July 11, offering discounted memberships and exclusive perks to the first 500 sign-ups.

The upcoming club at 8551 Eldorado Parkway marks the expansion of the Crunch 3.0 experience into the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Prospective members can secure rates starting at $9.99 per month with no enrollment fees exclusively through the company website. Beyond the online promotion, the facility will host an in-person party from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday, allowing the public to tour the space and meet the staff.
Designed to operate 24 hours a day for five days a week, the facility features specialized zones for HIIT, boxing, and Reformer Pilates, alongside recovery amenities like HydroMassage and saunas. Tony Scrimale, CEO of CR Fitness Holdings, noted that the location aims to provide flexible, high-end fitness access to the local community. The project is expected to create over 70 local jobs, ranging from personal training to club management. Currently, the parent firm manages 96 locations and plans to operate nearly 20 gyms across Texas by the end of 2026.
