BorgWarner Named to TIME America's Best Companies 2026 List
BorgWarner has secured a spot on the 2026 edition of TIME’s America’s Best Companies list, an annual ranking developed in partnership with the research firm Statista. The selection highlights the Auburn Hills-based manufacturer’s performance across employee satisfaction, financial growth, and environmental and governance transparency.

The rankings, announced on July 9, 2026, evaluate 1,000 organizations based on a rigorous three-pronged methodology. Statista analyzed survey data from approximately 217,000 verified U.S. employees, alongside financial metrics requiring at least $100 million in 2025 revenue. The assessment also factored in an ESG index, which measures carbon emissions, board diversity, and corporate anti-corruption policies.
Joseph Fadool, President and CEO of BorgWarner, attributed the inclusion to the company’s internal culture and strategic discipline. "We are proud to foster a culture where employees can thrive while delivering consistent financial performance and advancing our sustainability priorities," Fadool said. The company, which has a 130-year history in the automotive sector, continues to focus on long-term value creation for its shareholders and customers through ongoing innovation in mobility products.
