The facility features high-end production capabilities, including plastics injection molding, thermoforming, blow molding, and extrusion. These automated technologies allow Fulflex to scale its medical device production and enhance supply chain resilience for its international client base. For Chairperson Diya Garware Ibanez, the investment serves as a commitment to the regional workforce and the company’s long-term strategy for North American healthcare expansion.

Following this integration, Fulflex now manages 14 global locations, including four production sites within the United States. The company continues to serve customers in more than 85 countries, specializing in polymer-based medical devices and patient care solutions. By absorbing the established Jacksonville infrastructure, the organization aims to bolster its operational excellence while maintaining the facility's existing capacity for complex medical assembly.
