Veltre brings extensive experience to the Chicago-based financial services firm, having previously led digital and marketing operations at J.P. Morgan Chase and Fifth Third Bank. Her background aligns with the company's current push to integrate Grasshopper Bank following its announced acquisition. Executive Chairman David Fisher noted that Veltre’s expertise in customer-centered business growth will prove critical as the company scales its operations.

The board transition includes the immediate exit of Goodyear and McGowan. According to the company, these resignations are part of a pre-planned rotation and do not stem from internal disagreements. Fisher credited the outgoing members for their long-term strategic stewardship, which helped anchor Enova’s growth over the past two decades.
