Brian and Heather Bradley of Newtown, Pennsylvania, secured the network's most prestigious honor, the Franchisee of the Year award, for their leadership and innovation.
Richard Lowe, president and CEO of Franchise Services, LLC, highlighted the Bradleys' role in setting a benchmark for the brand through their focus on customer experience and consistent business growth.
