VoicePing 3.0 targets enterprise multilingual communication

Tokyo-based VoicePing Inc. has launched version 3.0 of its AI-driven platform, aiming to integrate real-time translation, automated meeting minutes, and enterprise-grade security into a single workflow for distributed global teams. The update addresses the fragmentation of communication across hybrid offices, web conferences, and recorded media.

The platform now supports a wide array of business functions, including multilingual voice playback, AI-powered dubbing, and terminology management. By introducing its proprietary ASR V0.1 and MT V0.1 models, the company claims to have improved accuracy for Asian languages, reporting a 19.3% word error rate in benchmark testing. These models are designed to turn spoken conversations into searchable corporate knowledge, moving beyond simple transcription to structured data that integrates with external AI workflows via MCP and API access.

For enterprise clients, VoicePing 3.0 emphasizes governance and security. The update adds robust permission controls, IP restrictions, and audit logs, alongside a policy ensuring customer data is excluded from AI training sets. The system is currently utilized by over 1,000 organizations, with capabilities spanning from real-time event translation via QR codes to virtual office collaboration tools. According to CEO Akinori Nakajima, the rebuild is intended to treat multilingual communication as core infrastructure, allowing teams to preserve and reuse information across disparate channels.
