Statista, the firm responsible for the research, evaluated companies based on employee satisfaction metrics alongside their long-term growth and environmental disclosures. For Taylor Morrison Chairman and CEO Sheryl Palmer, the inclusion serves as a validation of the company's focus on innovation and sustainable expansion.
