The new product line utilizes 100% recycled fiber, with a minimum of 45% post-consumer content. Produced at the company’s Waco, Texas facility, PaceSetter Ridgeline is available in calipers ranging from 12 to 30 points. By utilizing the Waco mill’s existing infrastructure, the firm aims to maintain production flexibility, allowing for rapid adjustments between coated and uncoated output based on shifting market demand.

CEO Robbert Rietbroek stated that the expansion allows the company to leverage its manufacturing scale to meet the needs of industrial clients. The facility’s technology focuses on technical specifications such as sheet squareness and color consistency to ensure performance in high-volume converting operations. This strategic entry into the uncoated recycled paperboard sector marks a significant broadening of the company’s consumer and industrial packaging reach.
