ViaQuest Names Emily Stickley CEO in Executive Leadership Overhaul
After two decades of service at the Dublin-based healthcare provider, Emily Stickley has been appointed Chief Executive Officer, succeeding founder Rich Johnson. The transition arrives alongside the appointment of Emily Wagner as Chief Financial Officer, marking a strategic shift for the organization as it manages care for 20,000 individuals.

Stickley, a 19-year veteran of the company, previously served as Chief Operating Officer and will retain her leadership role within the Developmental Disabilities Services division. Her appointment to the Board of Directors, confirmed by a unanimous vote, signals a continuity of strategy for the firm. Chairman Richard Hallworth cited her institutional knowledge and operational track record as the primary drivers behind the Board's decision to place her at the helm. Stickley holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from Indiana University.
Joining the executive suite is Emily Wagner, who steps into the role of Chief Financial Officer to oversee financial strategy and fiscal accountability. Wagner brings a background in healthcare finance, having earned an MBA in Finance from Xavier University. She joins a senior management team that includes Chief Administrative Officer Janet Pell and Chief Technology Officer Jeremy Waweru. This leadership group oversees a workforce of 4,000 employees providing mental health and developmental disability support across Ohio and Indiana.
