LEHR, a national emergency vehicle upfitter, has acquired the upfitting assets of Georgia-based ProLogic ITS in a move to broaden its reach into the Southeast. The integration brings new specialized capabilities to LEHR, specifically targeting federal agency fleets that require high-security standards. ProLogic ITS technicians hold Level 3 CJIS clearance, a qualification LEHR intends to leverage as it expands its service footprint. According to LEHR CEO Daniel Hamm, the Southeast has remained a primary target for the company's growth strategy.

ProLogic ITS leadership will remain at the helm of the acquired facilities, reporting to Brandon Jessup, LEHR’s Vice President of Eastern Operations. Jessup will oversee the transition, tasked with aligning the regional team with LEHR’s national network while maintaining existing client relationships. Broadwing Capital, the private equity firm backing LEHR, noted the acquisition reflects a disciplined approach to consolidating regional expertise into a larger, more capable national platform. The deal ensures that the current sales and technical staff at the Georgia-based provider will continue their roles, promising operational continuity for existing emergency response customers.
