Renuity Taps Bitwise to Build AI-Ready Foundation on Microsoft Fabric
Renuity Home, a national provider operating across 40 states, has engaged Chicago-based Bitwise to overhaul its enterprise data infrastructure. The project centers on migrating legacy pipelines to a Microsoft Fabric-based data lakehouse, aiming to shift the company toward near real-time business intelligence and automated decision-making capabilities.

Bitwise will deploy its proprietary FulkrumAI platform to manage the transition, utilizing Anthropic Claude models to assist in code conversion and documentation while maintaining human engineering oversight. The strategy involves moving current data into a Medallion Architecture, a move intended to provide the scalability required for future AI integration and advanced analytics.
According to Renuity CTO Mayank Rathi, the modernization is essential for scaling operations and maintaining a competitive edge in the home improvement market. By centralizing data and improving ingestion speeds, the company expects to gain greater responsiveness across its national value chain. Bitwise Global CEO Raman Sapra noted that the partnership combines their specific data engineering expertise with Microsoft’s ecosystem to prepare Renuity for long-term automation goals. The project underscores a broader industry shift toward AI-first data foundations, where traditional businesses seek to move beyond experimental AI projects toward production-grade, scalable infrastructures.
