Mill Creek Residential Taps Jack Dellecker for Atlanta Leadership
With over a decade of experience in Southeast real estate, Jack Dellecker has been named managing director of development for Mill Creek Residential in Atlanta. He steps into the role tasked with steering the firm’s local growth, including site acquisition, design, and financing for its expanding portfolio of multifamily communities.

Dellecker arrives at Mill Creek following a tenure as vice president of development at Flournoy Development Group. His track record includes overseeing the development of more than 2,300 multifamily homes and 400,000 square feet of office and retail space, representing roughly $1 billion in capitalization. Prior to his work with Flournoy, he spent a decade at Carter, where he specialized in infill projects and public-private partnerships.
Luca Barber, executive managing director for the Tennessee, Georgia, and Florida regions, cited Dellecker’s regional expertise as a primary driver for the hire. Mill Creek currently maintains a significant footprint in the area with properties such as Modera Old Ivy, Modera Reynoldstown, and Modera Westside Trail. A graduate of the University of Florida, Dellecker also holds an MBA from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School, where he focused on private equity and real estate. He will now oversee the full lifecycle of the company’s Atlanta-based projects, from initial due diligence to final disposition.
