Derse Breaks Ground on New Oak Creek Global Headquarters
A ceremonial shovel turn at 10300 South Oakview Parkway this Friday marks the start of construction for Derse’s new global headquarters. The Milwaukee-based experiential marketing firm is relocating its primary hub to Oak Creek, signaling a strategic commitment to long-term growth within the southeastern Wisconsin region.
The July 17 event brings together company executives and local officials to launch a project designed to serve as both an administrative base and a client experience center. CEO Brett Haney described the move as a foundational shift, intended to provide a specialized environment for the firm’s expanding workforce and collaborative output.
Joining the leadership team for the 3:30 p.m. ceremony are Oak Creek Mayor Dan Bukiewicz and Milwaukee 7 Co-Chair Gale Klappa. The gathering highlights the company’s ongoing regional footprint as it continues to manage global experiential marketing campaigns from its Wisconsin roots.
