Skyvara brings over two decades of international experience, most recently serving as General Manager at The Lodge at Torrey Pines. His background includes tenures at Four Seasons and Mandarin Oriental, where he focused on maintaining high-touch service standards. He intends to align the new hotel’s operations with the region’s reputation for rapid innovation and creative energy.

Tina Walters, a Silicon Valley native with three decades of industry experience, joins the team to manage local outreach and commercial strategy. Her career includes leadership roles at The Ameswell Hotel and various Hyatt properties throughout the Bay Area. The hotel, located near Highway 101, is positioned to serve as a high-capacity business hub, featuring 24,000 square feet of event space and the largest ballroom in the Silicon Valley region.
