STIIIZY Secures Third Federal Victory in PAX Patent Dispute

U.S. Customs and Border Protection has cleared STIIIZY’s redesigned All-In-One vape for import and sale, marking the third time federal regulators have rejected patent infringement claims brought by PAX Labs. The July 10 ruling effectively exempts the product from previous exclusion orders issued by the International Trade Commission.

The decision provides a clear path for retailers to restock the devices after STIIIZY proactively overhauled its hardware to address a January 2026 commission ruling. That earlier decision had targeted discontinued models, prompting the company to pivot its design strategy to maintain market access.

Tak Sato, President of STIIIZY, stated that the affirmation allows the company to move past litigation and focus on product distribution. This latest clearance follows two prior favorable determinations: one regarding the V3 product line and another in June involving STIIIZY batteries imported alongside redesigned pods. By clearing the All-In-One device, federal authorities have reinforced the brand’s ability to keep its premium portfolio available to consumers across the United States.
