The company, which specializes in cloud consulting and data center migration, will now integrate the initiative's ten universal principles into its daily operations. This move mandates annual public reporting on the firm's progress in advancing societal goals, moving beyond standard corporate social responsibility to formal, transparent disclosure.

Chief Executive Officer Manpreet Gill described the membership as a strategic move to reinforce the company’s focus on long-term sustainability. By joining an initiative that currently includes over 20,000 companies across 160 countries, the firm aims to standardize its internal policies with global benchmarks. Bell Integration, founded in 1995, will now align its hybrid IT lifecycle services with these international standards to ensure that its deployment and decommissioning practices meet the Compact's ethical requirements.
