The contract tasks Ceragon with providing 24/7 technical support, corrective maintenance, and logistics management across a complex multivendor environment. By consolidating multiple existing service arrangements into a single, centralized model, the operator aims to streamline inventory visibility and reduce repair cycles while maintaining network uptime.

This deal follows a similar $2.7 million agreement in Colombia, underscoring a broader trend of regional multinational operators outsourcing critical infrastructure oversight to the Israeli firm. According to CEO Doron Arazi, the engagement reflects growing confidence in the company’s ability to manage large-scale, multivendor systems. The partnership is expected to help the operator optimize internal operating costs while ensuring consistent service quality for its subscribers.
