Altudo Deploys AI-Driven FastLane to Slash Sitecore Delivery Timelines
Newark-based digital firm Altudo is targeting enterprise bottlenecks with the launch of FastLane, an AI-powered delivery model designed to accelerate Sitecore platform migrations and modernizations. By integrating agentic automation into the deployment lifecycle, the company claims to reduce implementation efforts by up to 80 percent.

The platform addresses a common friction point for marketing teams: the gap between selecting a robust digital experience platform and actually realizing its value. FastLane utilizes specialized AI agents to scan existing web architectures, identify reusable code patterns, and automate routine tasks like content migration and documentation. This allows internal teams to pivot away from manual implementation toward higher-value activities like personalization and customer engagement.
Early adoption of the framework includes the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology (ABOG), which recently overhauled its digital presence. By leveraging FastLane, ABOG successfully migrated more than 40 complex Sitecore components, cutting total implementation effort by over 1,000 hours. According to Sandra Hodgson, Chief Growth Officer at ABOG, the approach provided the necessary speed to modernize their infrastructure without sacrificing the quality or continuity of services provided to physicians.
Beyond migration, the tool aims to lower project risk for technology leaders. By embedding AI-assisted quality controls and enforcing standardized delivery patterns, Altudo seeks to ensure consistency across large-scale digital properties. Rahul Khosla, CEO of Altudo, noted that the model is intended to shift the enterprise focus from the technical burden of moving to SitecoreAI toward the business outcomes enabled by a modernized infrastructure. The platform is now available for global deployment.
