Eric J. Dalton, Vice President of Angels on Call Homecare, has secured dual recognition for his leadership in the healthcare sector, receiving both the 2026 914INC. These accolades highlight Dalton’s work in moving beyond traditional homecare models, specifically through his focus on specialized programs for patients with Parkinson’s disease and dementia. Under his administration, the Peekskill-based organization became the first homecare provider in the United States to earn Certified Parkinson Disease Care accreditation and the first in New York to achieve dementia care certification.

Beyond administrative roles, Dalton launched the educational initiative Aging in Place — Redefined. The program emphasizes preserving the independence and dignity of seniors rather than managing their conditions as purely medical events. According to CEO Robert Dalton, these awards mirror his vice president’s commitment to providing families with more than just basic assistance during difficult life transitions. Dalton himself views the recognition as a baseline for future improvements in the industry, stating that leadership is defined by the standards set for the next generation of care.
