This rapid certification marks a significant win for the Defense Innovation Unit’s (DIU) Bridge Program. As part of the Polygraph Plus initiative, Presage is working to modernize personnel security by integrating commercial software that measures vital signs, heart rate variability, and respiratory patterns through standard hardware. The collaboration aims to replace traditional, slower vetting methods with faster, data-driven risk assessments.

Mark Oliver, founder and CEO of Presage, noted that the accelerated timeline allows his team to shift focus from compliance hurdles to immediate mission support. Federal agencies and the Defense Industrial Base can now leverage the technology for combat casualty care, workforce health screenings, and security vetting. Knox Systems, which specializes in managed federal cloud services, orchestrated the process to demonstrate how high-security government standards can meet the speed of private sector innovation.
