ATP JETS Slashes Certification Tuition to $2,995

With over 30,000 pilots already through its doors, Dallas-based ATP JETS is aggressively reshaping the market for federally mandated flight training. The company announced today that it has dropped the tuition for its FAA-approved Airline Transport Pilot Certification Training Program to $2,995, effective immediately across all locations.

The price reduction arrives as the flight school leverages increased simulator availability and expanded operational capacity to lower overhead. By shifting the bulk of ground school to a virtual, instructor-led format, the company has cut the necessary in-person time to just two days, further reducing travel-related expenses for aspiring airline pilots.

Shane Kelley, Vice President and Director of Operations, noted that the initiative aims to maintain high-quality, airline-focused instruction while increasing accessibility. The program remains a mandatory hurdle for any pilot seeking to take the ATM Knowledge Test, a prerequisite for the Airline Transport Pilot certificate. Currently, the company maintains four training hubs in Dallas, Las Vegas, Miami, and Orlando, offering weekly start dates and weekend-only scheduling to accommodate working professionals.
