The acquisition formalizes a long-standing partnership, as SafeStack previously served as the technical engine behind NINJIO Secure Code. By bringing the platform in-house, NINJIO aims to provide a comprehensive human risk management suite that addresses vulnerabilities at both the end-user and the engineering level. CEO Gary Noke stated that the integration allows the company to accelerate its roadmap and provide a more cohesive security posture for its enterprise clients.

SafeStack, founded by Laura Bell Main, brings a specialized curriculum designed for developers, security professionals, and engineering teams. The transition will see SafeStack's capabilities woven more tightly into NINJIO’s existing ecosystem, ensuring that secure development becomes a standard practice within the broader organizational security strategy. Existing customers of both platforms can expect continued support for current products as the technical integration proceeds.
