More than 700,000 aviation enthusiasts are expected to descend on Oshkosh, Wisconsin, next week as Boeing prepares to anchor the EAA AirVenture celebration with a massive display of commercial and defense hardware, timed to coincide with the lead-up to America’s 250th anniversary.

The weeklong event, running from July 20-26, serves as a primary venue for Boeing to connect with industry stakeholders, pilots, and the next generation of aerospace professionals. Boeing Plaza will host a diverse lineup of aircraft, including the 737-800, 777-300, P-8, F/A-18, F-15, MV-22, and the B-52. According to Chris Broom, vice president of Commercial Training Solutions at Boeing Global Services, the gathering offers a rare opportunity to bridge the gap between technical engineering work and the flying public.

Beyond static aircraft displays, the company’s presence includes a "Freedom Plane" flyover, a historical exhibition on Boeing’s role in U.S. aerospace, and the mobile Safety Dojo learning center. The pavilion will also serve as a hub for leadership panels and the release of the company’s annual Pilot and Technician Outlook. In an effort to cultivate future talent, Boeing continues its long-standing sponsorship that provides free admission to all attendees under 18, a program that has granted nearly 500,000 young people access to the event since 2019.
