Genpact Board Approves Quarterly Dividend of 18.75 Cents
Shareholders of Genpact will receive a cash dividend of $0.1875 per common share for the third quarter of 2026. The dividend payment is slated for distribution on September 24, 2026. To qualify for the distribution, investors must be listed as shareholders of record by the close of business on September 10, 2026. While the company maintains a consistent approach to shareholder returns, the board of directors retains full discretion over the declaration of any future dividends, noting that such decisions remain subject to prevailing macroeconomic conditions and operational performance.
