The design team spent a year integrating smart construction techniques with the building’s original industrial aesthetic.

Each floor targets a distinct segment of the market: the ground level focuses on residential home renovation, while the second floor highlights B-to-B urban infrastructure. The upper levels transition into cultural space, featuring an art museum dedicated to 8,000-year-old Chinese lacquer traditions and a lifestyle zone. Central to the company's current strategy is its "Instant Renovation" service, which aims to provide rapid space upgrades without the need for extensive demolition. This facility marks a push to elevate the brand's global profile while accelerating the adoption of high-end, domestically produced industrial coatings.
