The company’s "One Brain, Multiple Embodiments" architecture serves as the core of this initiative, designed to bridge the gap between digital AI models and physical execution. By leveraging a unified software foundation, Pudu aims to allow diverse robot forms—from specialized delivery units to industrial semi-humanoids—to share a single intelligence hub. This strategy addresses the industry's shift toward gathering continuous feedback loops from actual operational environments rather than relying solely on pre-programmed rules.

Pudu’s Three-Layer Physical Agent Architecture

The technological framework relies on a three-tier system: the Robot Body layer, which hosts varied hardware for specific tasks; the PuduAgent OS, acting as the central operating system for memory and planning; and the PuduFM skill layer. The latter utilizes a physical Vision-Language-Model and a Physics Intuition Model to enable robots to reason through complex physical tasks. The PUDU D7, capable of handling 14 kg payloads and reaching heights of two meters, exemplifies this approach by applying these capabilities to warehouse logistics and material handling. With over 130,000 units shipped across 85 countries, Pudu is positioning its platform-based intelligence to scale across manufacturing, retail, and hospitality sectors.
